Character Relationships[edit]

Is it really safe to say the Jun is Kazuya's husband? --RaiJinX

No. It hasn't been said that they got married. JunKazamaFan 14:05, 26 August 2007 (PDT)
Ok. --Sakura 14:55, 26 August 2007 (PDT)

Shouldn't he be listed as Jun's rapist?

Ace: wrong he never raped jun, that's wrong, u read a fan made website, it was never said in the game

Shouldn't their be some rules or limits on what we can and can't use for character relationships? Look at this page for example, it's using the Tekken live action movie for relationships which to me is absurd, that movie IS NOT TEKKEN. It has nothing to do with Tekken and none of the creators of the game were involved. It's fan fiction.

Move List[edit]

Is "Spinning Demon" U,4,4,4,4 or f,N,d/f,4,4 different games and sources say different things.

It's (u_u/f)+4,4,4,4. f,N,d/f,f is Demon Hellsweeps. --Hecko 01:05, 13 September 2007 (PDT)
Alright, I'll go with that then. Thankyou. KingIsBest 10:11 14 September 2007
(u_u/f)+4,4,4,4 is "Roundhouse to Triple Spin Kick". "Spinning Demon" is either f,N,d,d/f+4,4 or f,N,d/f+4,4. JunKazamaFan 19:33, 18 September 2007 (PDT)
Yeah I confirmed that today, I won't edit it though because Hecko X doesn't like the setup! KingIsBest 08:20 19 September 2007

Devil[edit]

I'm confused, is Kazuya in complete control of the devil gene, because in his Tekken 4 Epilogue (before fighting Jin) he seems to lose control and in his Tekken 5 Epilogue (before killing Jinpachi) he seems possessed, why would he kill his grandfather whom he has apparent fond memories for?

1: It seems that prior to that point, he "gave in" to the Devil Gene in order to become Devil, but it is quite obvious from the epoilogue that he is the dominant one.
2: He may have liked his grandpappy, but he was in the way. You have to remember, that even without the Devil taking over, Kazuya is one evil mo'fo'.

Ok Thanks, I think I understand. But is he in complete control because it says somewhere that he is but dominance is not the same as full control

As of the end of T4, he is in full control

Is it worth mentioning that Mishima translates to third island?

Technically, it means "Three Islands", not "Third Island". That being said, it is not Mishima itself that translates this way, rather the kanji used to write "Mishima". But sure, write it on the Mishima page.

Kazuya Mishima having the same purpose as Jin Kazama[edit]

User: Faeli34 In Tekken 6, in the gallery. The scenario campaign prologue, In tekken 5 summary. Kazuya Mishima, before leaving Heihachi Mishima to die. Says "The Mishima bloodline ends here". The same words Jin Kazama said. Also in scenario campaign prologue, in Tekken 2 summary Kazuya Mishima says "power is everything" when he gain control over Mishima Zaibatsu. Jin Kazama repeated these same words when he gain control over Mishima Zaibatsu in Tekken 6. Both Kazuya and Jin sought to bring world domination with the power of Mishima Zaibastu. Jin Kazama's purpose bringing world domination was to awaken Azazel to destroy him. And end The Mishima bloodline. Could Kazuya Mishima have the same purpose as Jin Kazama? Bringing world domination to end the Mishima bloodline? Don't nobody know Kazuya's purpose of why he want to rule everything. Tekken fans just assume Kazuya Mishima is evil. Just as Tekken fans assume that Jin kazama was evil before Tekken 6 came out.

Likes and Dislikes[edit]

Why was Jun Kazama removed from Kazuya's like's. Namco said that both Jun and Kazuya were "drawn together" and Kazuya never raped Jun that was only the Tekken Movie which was non-canon.

Drawn together is more like being attracted to another. Putting Jun in his "likes" is kind of saying he has romantic feelings for her which is never stated by Namco. Sure, I'd like to think Kazuya has some sort of positive feeling for someone other than Jinpachi prior to Tekken 5, but it hasn't been proven. I'm guessing this site also tries to be as unbias as possible when it comes to character pages as well. Plus if I remember correctly, Jin's or the official Japanese profile for Tekken 3 indirectly states that Jun was raped. Sorry, until a reliable or canon source directly states Jun and Kazuya's relationship other than being "drawn" to each other, I'm going to undo every edit concerning the issue and state they were attracted to each other before Tekken 3 since that much is proven hence the birth of Jin.

Bit of a mess[edit]

Wow this page is such a mess. Why does it give Kazuya's entire story in his intro? Shouldn't it be a short paragraph? I'm new to wiki so not sure on protocol of reworking such a big peice of text but I'm going to try to condense it done to a paragraph or two. Then maybe spread it out into his story and remove repitition.

Because "Story" is reserved for the character stories, as written in the manuals or official bios, and nothing more. Introduction is where all the dots are connected and holes filled out. --Hecko 17:10, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
But that's not what an introduction is supposed to be?--Skikes 17:24, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
Feel free to change the word to 'biography', if you wish. Given the sub-sections and content, however, that would be just as, if not more, inaccurate. The best solution would be a complete restructuring of the articles, but that would require a large amount of time (which I unfortunately do not have) and effort. --Hecko 04:43, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

Confused[edit]

In Kazuya's Tekken 4 ending you can hear devil saying that heihachi defeated him 20 years back. But if the third tournament was set 19 years after the second one and the fourth tournament was set 2 years after the third one, then the fourth one is supposed to be 21 years after the second one. Kash

I think it's a simply case of him just not caring enough to be -completely- accurate, since he still gets the point across. If you were meeting a friend who's late, and they ask how long you've been waiting, if it's 19 minutes, you don't actually say "19 minutes." A vast majority will round it off to the nearest 5, and say "20 minutes". --Hecko 10:02, 1 April 2011 (UTC)

Similar to Ryu? Ryu who?[edit]

PLEASE - enough with the street fighter references. This is a tekken wiki, just because you're a fan of street fighter and somehow see Tekken and Street Fighter collectively, doesn't mean the readers are interested in any similarity between Kazuya and "ryu".

The beginning of Kazuya Mishima (T2)[edit]

Kazuya Mishima is a evil man that was possessed by the devil gene, also his son Jin Kazama. Since TTT, Devil (Kazuya Mishima) was so cool that he flied in the air (3+4). He still works a the G Corporation, stopping Jin Kazama from taking over the Mishima Zaibatsu. I have to tell you, you know that sinning round house kicks(u/f+4,4,4,4) that Jin Kazama and his farther Kazuya mishima does since TTT. Only Jin Kazama changed his fighting style into a different form of karate styled fighting, which he might be a new character in the Tekken series since Tekken 4. I like his combo right here: 9 Combo Hit:( f, f*,2,1,4,4,2,4,3,2,1), which is quick and strong, but watch what you are doing with enemies in every Tekken videogame, the more you win, the more the game is getting difficult because having all those wins will get you harder characters! So watch it my friends, you can still guard high or low when a enemy is performing a attack, either guard low or high!

Kazuya Mishima: Good or Evil[edit]

Kazuya Mishima is a good guy but who is the strongest( bad guy)? I determined that Kazuya Mishima is a REAL bad guy that is stronger than Devil Jin and Jin Kazama-maybe Jin. His combos are good and rapidly strong whenever a opponent is not guarding( coming to you), and also the first time I saw him was on TTT and T4 and so on with his cool Evil Eye. In T6 I have mastered 3 combos in his command list that deals with f, f*, *=Neutral Position. Those combos look related to Devil Jin's combos with the beginning motions(f, f*). They do the same thing but in a different command. I also know that they are both Devils and they could be great tag team partners(TTT2). Kazuya Mishima was a good guy in the games of the T6 versions called the Scenario Campaign. He is definitely a bad guy that was the leader of the G Corporation. I hated those troops that beat me up in the Scenario Campaign, it's kind of frustrating when you are trying to use directional buttons and action buttons in time, but it won't let you do that. I do like the items(treasure chests) I am getting from that mode because items(treasure chests)= Items from the Purchase Mode in Customize Mode. Therefore, Kazuya Mishima is a bad guy( with a evil laugh).
