There's kind of a shout page in the form of the Tekkenpedia_To-Do_List. The Sysops of the board have a shared mailing list that we use to communicate. I agree that there does need to be better communication however. Samuel 04:43, 4 July 2007 (PDT)

Do you have any problem if I upgrade your account to a sysop level? With the new site upgrade I've removed the captcha image verification, it may mean an increase in spam posts so I'd like to have you on board as a Sysop to deal with an problems if they come up. Samuel 17:28, 24 July 2007 (PDT)
