Devil Kazuya is the manifestation of Kazuya Mishima and Devil combined into one.

Tekken Tag Tournament
In Tekken Tag Tournament, if you selected both Kazuya Mishima and Devil to be your team, then pressing the tag button at any time would cause Kazuya to transform into Devil (and vice versa) instead of tagging out like every other tag team.
