[edit] Introduction
Prototype Jack, or P. Jack for short, is a character that made his only canonical appearances in Tekken and Tekken 2. Prototype Jack was also in Tekken Tag Tournament, but that game is non-canonical. Prototype Jack is the rival of Jack in Tekken and the rival of Jack-2 in Tekken 2. What happened to Prototype Jack is unknown.
[edit] Story
The prototype for Jack was developed by Russians. Since it was just a step in the production, the skin was removed from the mech. Prototype Jack was built only for power, so his power capacity far surpasses that of the completed Jack. Heihachi Mishima has entered him into the contest in order to face him against Jack.
Prototype Jack is an upgrade of Jack-2, and he has more features than Jack-2. To prove that he is the superior model of "Jack", he enters the tournament to face his all time rival to see who is the better robot.
[edit] Ending Animation "Screw Loose"
Prototype Jack comes out of the shadows and flies straight up into the sky. Unknown to Prototype Jack, 3 screws have fallen out as he flys away and blows up.
[edit] Tekken: The Motion Picture
Prototype Jack is programmed to as a guardian force for the labs in which Lee Chaolan and Heihachi Mishima had their test subjects hidden. There comes a point in time where Prototype Jack and Jack-2 have a battle in the middle of the lab.
Prototype Jack is featured as a playable character in Tekken Tag Tournament, a non-canonical Tekken game. This is Prototype Jack's last appearance as a playable character so far.
[edit] Ending Animation
Prototype Jack and Gun Jack stare at each other while standing close to each other. Both bow their heads. They turn around slightly, put their hands in the air, and then they fly straight up into the air. This ending takes place in Paul Phoenix's Tekken Tag Tournament stage.
