Raven

Raven is the codename for an highly skilled and iron-hearted international intelligence agent. Apart from a scar in the shape of an "X" on his face, his details, including age and nationality, are unknown (altthough his voice and skin color appear African-American). Raven entered the tournament to find out who or what is behind the event. He bears many similarities to the Wesley Snipes character, Blade.

He seems to think that Yoshimitsu is a bit of a joke.
