[edit] Moves Lists

From what I understand, 1 is Square, 2 is Triangle, 3 is X, and 4 is circle. f, d, b, u means forward (->), down, back (<-), and up. d/f, d/b, and others are combinations of these things. d and d/f means press them quickly, while D and D/F means hold the buttons down. Things like 1+2 mean press them at the same time. Things like 1,2 means press them one after the other. WS means "while rising" (don't ask me why, because I have no idea. In my opinion, it should be "WR" for "while rising", which would make more sense. Okay, I admit it could be confused with "WR" for "while running", but it could be something like "Wr"). FC means "While crouching" (it kind of makes sense, as in "forward crouch" and "full crouch animation", but it should be "WC" for "while crouching", in my opinion). I hope this helps.
