Tekken[edit]
- Arcade:
Ganryu's only outfit consists of black shorts and ankle straps. As with all boss characters on the arcade version, Ganryu does not have an alternate outfit. This outfit is not available on the home version.
- Player 1:
With the PlayStation home release, Ganryu received two new outfits. His Player 1 outfit consists of a purple Mawashi (loincloth), ankle straps and arm bands.
- Player 2:
His Player 2 outfit consists of a white cloth with a blue belt tied to his waist. He fights barefoot.
Tekken 2[edit]
- Player 1:
His Player 1 outfit is identical to his Tekken 1 (home) outfit.
- Player 2:
His Player 2 outfit is identical to his Player 1 outfit, however he has a darker skin complexion and his mawashi is red.
Tekken Tag Tournament[edit]
Player 1 Outfit: ( See Tekken 2 Player 1 Outfit.)
Player 2 Outfit: His Player 2 Outfit is Light purple instead of red.
Player 3 Outfit: A black, long-sleeved shirt, grey hakama pants and black geta sandals with white socks.
Tekken 5[edit]
- Player 1:
Ganryu's Player 1 outfit is identical to his Player 1 outfit from Tekken 2, but now has gold plate design on the front.
- Player 2:
Ganryu's new Player 2 outfit is a black sumo robe with grey shorts, wristbands and foot wraps.
- Player 3:
Ganryu's new Player 3 outfit is a extra outfit that can be bought in the customization mode. The costume consists of a dinasour costume with shorts and gloves. His skin is more darker and he fights barefoot for the first time since he fought barefoot in his player two outfit in the first game.
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection[edit]
- Player 1:
His Player 1 outfit is identical, but his mawashi is recolored in red, similar to his Player 2 outfit from Tekken 2.
- Player 2:
Ganryu's Player 2 outfit is identical, but his shorts are recolored in light blue.
