Tekken 6 Love[edit]
Does anyone think that Lili and Hwoarang are going out now? --RaiJinX
mmm... is hard... she is a girl with many money and he is a rebeld korean boy... not, they can not... Maybe That theres a age different of like 10 years, how do like that (Lilifan627)
Oh... --RJX
- What are the odds that both Lili and Hwoarang found Jin? They teamed up to fight against Jin, too. Maybe there is something going on between them. But, then again, it is non-canonical. Also, Lili and Hwoarang seem too focused on their goals (wanting to defeat "Mishima" and Asuka and wanting to defeat Jin, respectively) to establish a relationship. So, I don't know. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't. JunKazamaFan 11:31, 25 September 2007 (PDT)
- ...oh... --Sakura 14:51, 25 September 2007 (PDT)
- all in my mom's family(just them ho know tekken)they think that lili likes(loves)hwoarang --user:witch5678
Hmm...[edit]
Anyone find it weird that Lili's story involves losing to Asuka Kazama and wanting revenge on Asuka for doing this, and the first released image of Lili in Tekken 6 ([1]) (at least, I think it's the first image) (not counting the non-canonical trailer (the non-canonical trailer)) (some links to images of Lili in that trailer that I uploaded to Tekkenpedia: [2] and [3]) is one where Lili's facing Asuka Kazama. Do you think they based Lili's story on this image (I thought it was kind of random that they made Lili lose to Asuka) or do you think that they made the story and then released this image? Or do you think that the image and Lili's Tekken 6 story are completely unrelated. Well, I just thought this was interesting, and I wanted to share it. JunKazamaFan 11:22, 25 September 2007 (PDT)
I find it very weird, and a bit coincidental. Angie Y. 12:38, 25 September 2007 (PDT)
I think the picture means something to the story. --RaiJinX
Interludes[edit]
I fixed up the "Interludes" section. Most of it (the Jinpachi interlude and what Ganryu is saying in her Ganryu interlude) is based on my memory. I saw the Ganryu interlude in the "Ending Animation" video on this page. The subtitles are not in English, so I can't understand what Ganryu is saying. Feel free to fix this section up if you find problems with it. If someone knows where I can find a video of her interludes with English subtitles, please tell me where it is. Dislikes[edit]
Is it safe to say that Lili doesn't like Jin Kazama after he took her father's oil fields? --RaiJinX
- Yes, I think so. JunKazamaFan 11:51, 6 October 2007 (PDT)
- Ok. Thanks for putting it there.
- No problem. JunKazamaFan 12:03, 6 October 2007 (PDT)

Lili's Interests[edit]
Hey, does anyone know where it says one of Lili's hobbies is Fashion? I'm just curious because I have never seen that anywhere... TekkenMishimaForce 12:44, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

Yes, I guess one would think that after examining her. Thanks for replying, JKF. TekkenMishimaForce 12:51, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Name and Images[edit]
|
Well, it's about time you piped up! Emilie IS the French spelling of the name, but we don't speak French in the USA. It should be reverted back to "Emily". Angie Y. 15:14, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
|
It would make sense if it was Emilie though, as her nickname is "Lili" and not "Lyly". Also, whether or not French is spoken in the USA is completely irrelevant. Lili's country of origin is Monaco, where they do speak French. Though does anyone have proof of it being one or the other? --Hecko 16:01, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
so are we living the name as Emilie, or what? - LiliLover
- It should stay as Emilie. reason #1 being, That's what it would say on her birth certificate. As long as the characters in a language aren't different, the spelling should be the same. Wether you speak the language or not is irrelevant, her name is Emilie, not Emily. They are for all intensive purposes, technically two different names. Reason #2 being, the official site delegates her name as Emilie. If you download the PDF of her poster on the tekken 6 website here: http://tekken.namco.com/characters/lili/ Her name on the poster will be Emilie De Rochefort, and the filename will be emiliederochefort.pdf - If that doesn't clear it up for you I don't know what will. - Revi

Attending Mishima High[edit]
While there is no distinct evidence that she attends Mishima High, there is also no evidence for the contrary. The surroundings match Mishima High School as seen in TTT, so we can assume that that is what it is. For Asuka to rush towards it while saying she's late for school would be odd if she did not attend it. From the dialogue between Lili and Asuka, we also learn that it is the first day of school (at least for Lili), which means that it would not be out of the question for her to simply have transfered to the school and not received her school uniform yet. Since Asuka is native to Osaka, we can also assume that this applies to her. Long story short, we have tons of hints implying that they both now attend Mishima High, though no concrete evidence. But we also have no evidence of the opposite (as stated in the beginning). So how about we not claim for sure that they are or aren't attending the same school, when we actually don't know, hm? --Hecko 18:44, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sure, let's go ahead and state this. It may just be an ending that the developers also thrown together as well based on the school uniform fetish. If they aren't, I'd love to see Lili's French school instead. And also, keep in mind that only a small number of endings are canon endings (possibly not including these two). Angie Y. 22:16, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- Actually...
- I am now thinking she asked to go there so she has an excuse to fight with Asuka. Angie Y. 04:39, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
- Many endings actually have canon elements in them, though they obviously aren't exactly as depicted. For instance, while Feng never defeated Jinpachi or gain ultimate power, he did indeed find the Dragon Scroll. This could also apply to Asu-Xaio-Lili's shared ending. But again, we have no solid evidence for this, and I doubt that a Tekken 7 will be made (I sure as Hell hope it doesn't...). --Hecko 07:33, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
I believe that both Asuka and Lili aren't attendin g the MIshima high. I believe that because Xiaoyu (who still attends the Mishima High)and Jin (who used to attened the Mishima High as seen in Xiaoyu's extra ending)are both wearing the same school uniform wich is completely different with Asuka's and Lili's uniforms. So I believe that: Xiaoyu goes to the Mishima High school. Asuka goes to a High school in Osaka. And I really don't know what the heck is Lili doing in Japan. George Williams
Lili's gloves[edit]
players in various forums have mentioned before that Lili's gloves are MMA gloves. If they are, then what kind are they? The only MMA gloves I've seen first hand are very padded, finglerless and palmless, and usually have a UFC logo on them. Google MMA gloves to see what I mean. - Revi
- I think it's BS, to be honest. They look like regular fingerless leather gloves to me, like those used for driving or even water sports. The biggest debunker to them being MMA gloves are the clear absence of any kind of padding indicating that they aren't meant to be used to hit something with full force. --Hecko 05:23, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
- I've heard of a different kind of MMA gloves that are thinner, but i've never seen a pair for myself. But I'm looking for them, that's why I need to know the name. - Revi
- The thinnest MMA glove you're gonna find is a 4 oz. However, Lili is not wearing a padded glove, so if you want something similar to what she's wearing, you're never gonna find it by looking for an MMA glove. Like I said before, what she's wearing are closer to being fingerless leather watersport gloves. --Hecko 11:12, 13 December 2009 (UTC)

Soulmates?[edit]
I think Lili and Hwoarang are fit for each other based on the interview 67% says lili and hwoarang looks good
Lili and Hwoarang? I don't agree at all. The only common thing they have is that they both have a rivalty with Jin. Plus they have an age differance.
Wrong name[edit]
1. "Emilie" doesn't exist in French. The correct word is "Émilie".
2. The surname is "de Rochefort" ("of Rochefort" in English), not "De Rochefort".
Her correct last name.[edit]
Her correct last name is "Rochefort" and not "de Rochefort" which doesn't exist in french. So her name is Émilie "Lili" Rochefort.
Yet another comment on Lili's last name[edit]
As a visitor here, I would recommend that you add a section somewhere in this article about the sources for the name "Emilie De Rochefort" and the controversy about the "De". I would be interested to read the sources, and it would clarify the debate about her name.
I was watching the video of the first six minutes of Tekken: Blood Vengeance on the official Tekken Channel, and I noticed that there is a list of the Tekken characters on a computer screen near the end, and on that list Lili's name is given as "Emilie De Rochefort". I am not sure whether Blood Vengeance is canon, but it is certainly official.
As for whether the "De" is proper French or not, that seems to me to be irrelevant. This site's purpose is to collect official information about the Tekken franchise. Whether that information makes sense or not is Namco's problem.
Lili's page needs some cleanup[edit]
Somehow, Leo's bio from the Tag 2 Wii Edition has been placed here, instead of Lili's. In the Infobox, it currently lists her height as " 177 cm (5'9")". Those don't match, 177 cm is 5'10". It also lists her age as 15. In the Character Trivia, it lists her height as 5'8" and her debut age as 16. --202.165.84.94 05:26, 1 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oh, that was my mistake with Lili's bio, I already fixed it. About other: if be honestly, I don't know from where was taken that info about Lili's age, height, weight, etc. I think that official Japanese game books have that information.
