Does anyone thinks that maybe the way "Boskonovitch" is spelt in
Alisa's name is misspelt? Its a possibility... TekkenMishimaForce 17:46, 19

Of
course. And it also might not be 'Alisa', but 'Alysa', 'Allisa', or
'Allysa'. However, this is the way it is spelled in the official
trailer, so until Namco admits to it being a mistake and corrects
it, or it gets changed in the NA and EU versions, it's gonna stay
this way. |

In
Tekken 1 Mr. Sir Dr. Boskonvitch was indeed spelt "Bosconovitch"...
just so you know. Not that it should affect much, but the error may
have routed from the same place or for similar reasons. |

Geppetto's daughter?
Part of the storyline of Doctor B. in Tekken 3 told about him
trying to save his daughter. This is why he made experiments like
cryosleeping and created the Jacks. Since her first announcement I
tought Alisa probably is his revived daughter or a cyborg replica
of her, but this isn't staded anywere. Anyway I really think this
is the truth for some reasons:
- She has Boskonovitch sourname instead of simply a code
name.
- In her storyline is said she is Dr. Boskonvitch's final
project, just as in Tekken 3 was staded about saving his
daughter.
- It doesn't make sense creating a cyborg with a girl's sembiance
instead of a muscolar fighter.Cleveland Web

Responses in the same order:
- Could simply mean that he felt attached to
it, or that he built it in the image of his daughter and thus named
it after her.
- Has no real relevence to whether or not
it's his daughter.
- Why not? She maybe be physically weaker,
but compared to the Jacks she is also faster, more agile, has air
superiority, and is overall far more deadly.
All in all, while I don't rule it as
impossible, I would say that the odds of it being an android built
in the image of his daughter is higher than the odds of it being
her cybernetically modified.

Chainsaws/Lightsabers
Um, does anyone know the reason behind the substitution of
Alisa's chainsaws for lightsabers in the Korean version of BR?

AlisaxLars???
Ia it possible that Lars is in love with Alisa??
-AlisaBosconovitch
- It is always possible, but however highly unlikely. The
likelihood of him caring about her because they were partners while
searching for Jin is higher. --Hecko 14:14, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- But can happen in the future games right?? -AlisaBosconovitch
- Like I said, there's always a possibility of it happening, but
it is highly unlikely. I mean, what would there be to pursue?
Regardless of how much she looks human, she will always remain an
android. Even if he -were- to develope feelings for her, he would
probably just set them aside as being irrational since she's not
human. Odds are that they'll never be more than partners, but
that's really more up to Namco's storywriters. --Hecko 12:30, 12

- OK. Tnx!!
- There are clues leading to it, such as the part in Scenario
Campaign when Jin asks Lars "Did you fall in love with
it?"'. But that's just my opinion. --Tekken-EX 09:01,
7 September 2010 (UTC)
- I couldn't help but think of a line from American Dad! when I
read this conversation: "When will you people learn that robots -
are - EROTIC?!" While this kind of thing isn't generally part of
the official Tekken storyline, I think it's pretty clear from Lars
and Alisa's interactions in Tekken 6 and Tag Tournament 2 that
they're supposed to like each other. If you're interested in the
history of this kind of relationship in fiction, you might like to
check out some of Isaac Asmiov's novels and short stories, such as
The Robots of Dawn and Bicentennial Man. Mr.
President 22:01, 23 July 2012 (PDT)
- Do you even have proof that the interactions of Lars and Alisa
in the Scenario Campaign are even canon. At the moment the shipping
is under hinted because we don't even have the epilogue of Tekken 6
while anything in Tekken Tag 2 is non-canon Toilethead101

Yoshimitsu's sword
blockable?
As with Yoshimitsu's "sword" attacks, Alisa's "chainsaw"
attacks are blockable.
ah, dunno how things are in Tekken
6, but i know in Tekken 3 and 5, Yoshimitsu's sword attacks are not
blockable at all. (possible to dodge/interupt, but not block.) can
someone confirm that Yoshimitsu's sword attacks are blockable? (in
the relevant tournaments/tekken versions, aka 6) Hans
