I hope you don't mind me commenting here, even though you have an Archive page. Yeah, so JunKazamaFan, KingIsBest, Maria and I have been having some trouble with this guy that won't stop creating accounts just so he could annoy us and vandalize our pages with inappropriate comments. Is there anyway to block his IP Address all together so he won't be able to come back at all?

Actually that is already in action. When we blocked him we disabled account creation, which means that any associated IP addresses from a blocked user cannot create accounts. However this is easy to get around simply by creating an account with a separate IP at another computer, which is probably what he is doing. So in short blocking his IP's probably won't help.

Hey Sammy, have you been messing aroun with the sites coding again or is the server being stressed? I mean, the site has had immensely slow loads for a long time, but they've gotten so bad during today that you could boil an egg during the time it takes for a page to load after you've pressed a link.

Wow! I can't believe there is a wiki on Soulcalibur here and you're the owner! I was looking for a wiki about Soulcalibur/Soul Calibur! I'll help there since it really does. I'll be going under the name of Soul-EX.

I've been reading a lot of pages on soulcalpedia lately and I must say, very nice work! I've never been interested in or even played soul calibur before and I really want to get soul caliber 3 after reading!

Will it be hard to adjust to this game? I read something about moving the analog stick to move; is the gameplay at all similar to Tekken?

Juggle Notation Pages[edit]

Hey, I was just looking at the special:wanted pages section recently and I'm wondering how one would go about making a juggle notation page. I read the template page, then I read the Xiaoyu Dark Resurrection 5 juggle notation page which seems to be the most complete of the few juggle notation pages that actually exist. I enjoyed trying the juggles listed on the page (since I'm not great with Xiaoyu) and I think these pages would be a great benefit to the site. Are the juggles listed on the page supposed to be from personal trial and error/experience or do they have to be credited to some FAQ or video? Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks

Hey Samuel, I'm wondering about Soulpedia. I'm interested, but I want to know if there will be movelists and stuff like that; that's mostly what I do here. Would they be created in the exact same way, but using the Soul Calibur language? And could there be individual move pages? In fact, there'd need to be a legend and some templates...

I think the Tekkenpedia format for moves will suit the Soulpedia fine, you might need to make a few tweaks though, feel free to go ahead and add them and let me know how you go. Things have been busy with me working on the Melpedia and getting the video organised here for the moves so I don't always get that much time to work on the Soulpedia. Well, they are missing little things like the "stub" template, but more importantly, they don't have the "Moves/Chain moves" template. I haven't come across anything else that's missing, but then again I have only been checking the moves and movelist stuff so far. I guess you're also good with this?

Hey, Samuel! I just want to let you know this. Before I log in, an advertisement for the Soulpedia will often show up at the top of the page. However, there is a typo in it. It says "Soul Caliber", when it should say "Soul Calibur". Is there any way that you can fix this?

Hey Samuel, could you please, for the love of all that is good in this world, make an ignore function for the social profiles. Or if nothing else, make it so that when a user has been blocked, they can't keep spamming other people's boards. Thank you in advance

If you go to Special:UpdateProfile then click "Preferences" you can turn off email notification.

Has nothing to do with e-mail notification. The definition of blocked in wikia language is that you lose all priveleges other than being able to edit your own talk page (and possibly userpage). But here, even when blocked, people can continue to bother other users by spamming their boards (the thing on the right) with offensive language at whatnot, and if that was what they were blocked for in the first place, then it's a prime example of the system not fully working like it should.

So they're logged in, banned, and still able to access other users boards? If that's the case then I'll notify the makers of the Social Profile extension that it's a bug. Samuel 09:25, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

I've had some feedback from the mod authors. It seems that banned users can post to admins boards, this might also be true for posting to their talk pages but I'm not sure. Behaviour is like that so banned users can appeal their cases. Samuel 02:11, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
