Dead or missing?[edit]

Regarding Tekken 3's trailer. It has seen that Orge was holding a person's head with long hair. Sad to think, but, might it be Jun's head? chimerarc 08/11/08

Please Jun, return! PLLEEEEEEAASSSSSSEEEE! Anyway it is not confirmed she's dead, so we have to wait for some news.

Eck! NAMCO is making us all to think what happened to Jun. Just when Jun will appear again in the game, or just even in the story. And the story seems getting different now than it used to be. Just what are NAMCO people trying to do with her. Perhaps, their original plan was to make the appearance of Jun Kazama in TEKKEN 5, but, when the character's appearance made, maybe, they just decided to make the character to be Jin Kazama's cousin instead because the design was too young and sexy to be Jin's mother. chimerarc

So you mean asuka would be Jun and jun changed hairstyle Well Namco Did the right thing! Asuka is fit for Jin and i dont care if theyr cousins its allowde in our country And namco did it right changing jun to asuka because she will be a new prevention of the story i mean will be preventing Jin taking over to the world Xiao and Jin is non good at all Xiaoyu doesnt have an angel gene. AsukaXKazana

Harada confirmed that Asuka is not a replacement.[1]. Kash

Jin's Tekken 4 ending (the true ending)[edit]

A part of this sentence that is in this article confuses me: In Jin's Tekken 4 ending (the true ending), he sees a vision of Jun right before he is about to kill Heihachi Mishima.

The true ending? Does this mean that Jin Kazama has more than one ending? What does it mean? I'm going to remove "(the true ending)" part, as Jin has only one ending in Tekken 4. JunKazamaFan 13:31, 3 March 2007 (CST)

Answer For JunKazamaFan[edit]

I think that the "true ending" tag means that Jin's Tekken 4 ending was how the game ended, since everyone else's endings aren't true (except for Heihachi and Kazuya endings, which are true to a certain extent). Hope this helped! --RaiJinX

It's possible that that's what was meant. It does help me! Thanks! Although, just because they did not win the tournament, that doesn't make their endings non-canon. Take King and Bryan, for example. They didn't win the tournament, but their endings are canon, as shown in their Tekken 5 prologues. JunKazamaFan 14:25, 17 October 2007 (PDT)

Origin[edit]

Could it be possible that Jun could be from Osaka? If Asuka lives there, couldn't she have also have come there? --RaiJinX

It's not impossible, but I wouldn't make the assumption. KingIsBest 16:24, 17 October 2007 (AEDT).
I know, I know. --RAI TO THE JIN X
I agree with KingIsBest. JunKazamaFan 14:26, 17 October 2007 (PDT)
Since the rest of her family is stated to live there, we could probably assume since Namco states she's from Japan only and not a small city like Oodate. --Youri

Another theory/request by someone who can't follow simple instructions[edit]

Added bit by Michael Molden. I just want to say that I think Jun Kazama should be found alive in the tekken series. Why? Well I think Tekken fans would like it and so I suggest it to Namco. I think it would make people very happy. Thank you. Note: I didn't know where to put this but I knew that I should put it in Jun Kazama's profile so any reader's that are to do with or can contact Namco could tell them my suggestion and tell them I suggested this.

Tekken 2 Story[edit]

I actually took the time out to read Jun's story from the original Japanese, and I must say, it is quite different than what we have here, the biggest differences probably being that there's no mention of Jun being refered to as the "Chosen one" nor anything saying she was attracted to Kazuya. Below I post the original Japanese as well as my translation of it (Note that Jun is never mentioned by name, at is obvious to the reader who the subject of the sentences is).

"Practioner of Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts, which is passed down through the Kazama generations, and officer of the WWWC, a wildlife preservation organization against animal smuggling.

Brought up amongst the nature of Yakushima, she was instructed in the secrets of the Kazama unarmed martial arts, but after having lived in Tokyo for a long time, she lost her interest in the mysterious. One evening, she sees the ghost of her father, she begins believing in supernatural phenomena.

She decides to join the tournament in order to arrest Kazuya for having smuggled protected animals. She considers to also free Kazuya from the mysterious power that surrounds him at the same time."

If anyone has the game manual of Tekken 2, what does it say?

Is the Japanese manual written in a "Mishima Security Division" style? In my Euro T2 manual it says...
"Subject: KAZAMA, JUN", "Nationality: Japanese", "Age: 22", "Occupation: Wild Life Protection Agent"

"Assessment: Kazama has been investigating our Rare Species Export Division for some time. She also seems to have some knowledge of our supernatural colleague, Suggest we utilise Wang Jinfrey to counter this threat."
"Fighting Style: Aiki-jujitsu"

Is that cheat code thing for Tekken 3 legit?

It is, but requires direct access to the machine's software, since certain hexidecimal values needs to be altered. This was probably done on an arcade emulator and a ROM of the arcade version of T3.

Oh, ok. Hexidecimal sounds complicated.

Not popular?[edit]

Harada tweeted a lot of times that she was taken out of the series due to a 1996-2001 research which showed that her arcade and console usage data was low. 10 years later people started spamming to him(bring back, bring back). What could this possibly mean? Was she not popular? Now he confirmed that she is returing but people still keep spamming....lol! Kash 08:49, 20 August 2011 (PDT)

Odd....[edit]

In the Introudction part of the article. At the end of the second paragraph the sentence seems odd. "Jin, seeking to avenge his mother, kills True Ogre in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 3. Jin now wants to get his second revenge by killing Ogre. " Seems very odd. Because I thought killing True Orge means killing Orge because they are one and the same. And if you kill the more powerful version (and true version) of the person who killed your mother, isn't that revenge enough? So now you want to attack him when he is weaker, plus he is already dead? Seems weird to me DevilMokujin 15:12, 28 May 2012 (PDT)
