Story Mode

Story Mode is a recurring game mode in the Tekken 4 and Tekken 5. Story Mode is different from Arcade mode

In Tekken 4, you can unlock the characters, once the game is beaten in Story Battle. For example: 1) Jin Kazama - Beat the game with Hwoarang 2) Lee Chaolan/Violet - Beat the game with Kazuya 3) Nina Williams - Beat the game with Steve 4) Lei Wulong + Eddy Gordo - Beat the game with Christie 5) Bryan Fury - Beat the game with Yoshimitsu 6) Julia Chang - Beat the game with King 7) Kuma II/Panda + Miharu Hirano - Beat the game with Xiaoyu 8) Heihachi Mishima - Beat the game with Jin 9) Combot (replaced by act as Mokujin/Tetsujin/Unknown) - Beat the game with Violet

In Tekken 5, you can unlock the characters, once the game is beaten in Story Battle. For example: 1) Roger Jr. - Beat the game with Xiaoyu 2) Anna Williams - Beat the game with Nina 3) Baek Doo San - Beat the game with Hwoarang 4) Bruce Irvin - Beat the game with Christie 5) Wang Jinrei - Beat the game with Lei 6) Kuma II/Panda - Beat the game with Paul 7) Ganryu - Beat the game with Julia 8) Mokujin - Beat the game with Roger Jr. 9) Heihachi Mishima (Raven's/Kazuya's/Wang's sub-boss) - Beat the game with Raven

Others: Devil Jin - Beat Devil Within under Medium difficulty. Eddy Gordo - Buy an extra outfit for Christie
