Introduction

Noctis Lucis Caelum (ノクティス・ルシス・チェラム), nicknamed "Noct", is the protagonist character of Final Fantasy XV and is the prince of the kingdom of Insomnia. As heir to the Lucis throne, Noctis can call upon the powers of previous kings to aid him in his tasks to bring Insomnia back to its former glory and his fight against Niflheim Empire.

He was introduced during the Tekken World Tour Finals as a DLC guest character set for Spring 2018 for Tekken 7. In the story, he acts as a friend of Lars, who sends Caelum on a small mission for their fishing trip.

• The weapons Noctis uses during his attacks, the sword, spear, dagger, axe, etc are based on real items acquired during the course of Final Fantasy XV.

• The sword Noctis uses during attacks is his Engine Blade.

• He is the second character who fights with a weapon, and the eighth who generally possesses a weapon.

• Yoshimitsu is the first character to fight with a weapon.
• Kunimitsu, Alisa and Master Raven barely used their weapons; Kunimitsu and Alisa in only a few moves and Master Raven in her Rage Art. The other three characters who have weapons but do not make use of them are Raven, Katarina and Shaheen.
